Pay As You Go Big Bundles - Tariff Details

Terms applying until 23 August 2018

A short summary of terms: With Big Bundles, a minimum monthly credit balance is exchanged for a bundle of calls, texts and data to use in our Europe Zone, though it doesn’t include calls and texts made from the UK to any destinations outside of our Europe Zone. £20, £25 and £30 data Big Bundles include reduced International rates, when compared with standard international charges.

For the latest country pricing please see o2.co.uk/internationalsim. Sufficient top credit must be available to activate and renew your monthly bundle. Allowances expire after one calendar month and cannot be rolled over. Data allowances can be used for 4G and non-4G data.

  1. Big Bundles give inclusive Europe Zone monthly allowances of minutes, calls and data. You can choose from either

    1. £10 Big Bundle - 250 minutes, 1000 texts and 500MB of data including 4G access in exchange for £10 each month; or

    2. £10 data Big Bundle - 250 minutes, 1000 texts and 2GB of data including 4G access in exchange for £10 each month; or

    3. £15 Big Bundle - 750 minutes, 2000 texts and 2GB of data including 4G access in exchange for £15 each month; or

    4. £15 data Big Bundle – 500 minutes, 1000 texts and 5GB of data including 4G access and data rollover in exchange for £15 a month; or

    5. £20 data Big Bundle - 1000 minutes, 2000 texts and 6GB of data including 4G access with data rollover and international discounts in exchange for £20 each month; or

    6. £25 data Big Bundle - 2000 minutes, 2000 texts and 8GB of data including 4G access with data rollover and international discounts in exchange for £25 each month; or

    7. £30 data Big Bundle - 3000 minutes, 3000 texts and 20GB of data including 4G access and international discounts in exchange for £30 each month.

    You may be on a Big Bundle that is no longer available for new customers or existing customers to switch to – will become a legacy tariff). These include the:

    1. £30 Big Bundle - 3000 minutes, 4000 texts and 20GB of data including 4G access, in exchange for £30 each month, subject to caps on data use in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK);

    2. £25 Big Bundle - 3000 minutes, 4000 texts and 5GB of data including 4G access, in exchange for £25 each month; or,

    3. £20 Big Bundle - 1500 minutes, 4000 texts and 3GB of data including 4G access, in exchange for £20 each month.

  2. Data rollover: is available on £15, £20, and £25 data Big Bundles only. On your monthly renewal date you can carry forward up to 100% of your standard monthly data allowance (“Roll Over Data”) into the following month’s data bundle, subject to your total data bundle (Roll Over Data + standard monthly allowance) not exceeding 200% of your standard monthly data allowance at any one time. Any data that cannot be rolled over will expire. Roll Over Data will expire immediately if you fail to renew your Big Bundle on time or if you change tariffs.

  3. For certain Big Bundle tariffs you will only be able to use a certain amount of this inclusive data in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK). Any data use in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) over these data caps will be charged as follows:

    1. Once you have hit the cap, you will first be charged for data used at the EU Web Daily rate in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK), this will happen automatically provided you have sufficient credit. Charges will be capped at £1 per day;

    2. After the initial Europe Zone Web Daily rate has been used, you can buy an additional Europe Zone Web Daily Bolt On for further data usage in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK) up to the equivalent data amount of your total tariff data allowance (for example, if you have a 20GB tariff and the initial cap in Europe is 10GB you can purchase a maximum of 10GB Europe Zone Web Daily and Europe Zone Web Daily Bolt Ons).

    3. Any data usage above your tariff data allowance whilst in the Europe Zone will be charged at UK Web Daily standard rate provided you have sufficient credit.
