As a customer receiving Volt benefits, you’ll have accounts with both Virgin Media and O2.
These accounts are separate, so you’ll receive bills from both Virgin Media and O2. The payment due dates for your bills may differ. You’ll have two separate payments monthly if you pay by Direct Debit.
Go to the billing and payments section for help with your Virgin Media bill. Or go to O2’s help and support pages for more information about your O2 bill.
You’ll see your O2 mobile bill in My O2. Please check your My Virgin Media account to see your broadband or TV bill.
Your mobile data boost won't be shown in your O2 bill, but you can see it in your usage and data allowance on My O2. You can view your O2 Travel Inclusive Zone can in your Bolt Ons on My O2. You can sign in or register here.
You’ll see your Virgin Media benefits on your Virgin Media account. You can sign in or register here. Your Volt package and boosted speed will also show on your bill.
