You can place an eligible order for your first mesh WiFi Pod on the Virgin Media Connect app.
Or if there are no faults with your broadband service, but you're still experiencing slow speeds, you can order a WiFi Pod online. Just run a test on your services first.
Suppose your household's eligible for Volt by having Virgin Media broadband. At least one eligible O2 Pay Monthly tariff registered, but you're already on the fastest broadband speeds in your area (up to a max of 1Gbps).
In that case, we'll automatically upgrade your broadband speed as soon as a faster tier is available in your area (up to a max of 1Gbps). In the meantime, you can still enjoy double mobile data on O2 or unlimited data if you're on a tariff of 250GB and above.
