How do I get the Disney+ Extra?
If you’re joining O2 or upgrading to an eligible Pay Monthly plan, you can choose Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan as your included Extra, depending on which O2 plan you choose.
If you’re already an O2 customer and you’re not ready to upgrade yet, you can add Disney+ Standard Plan with Ads, Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan as a paid Extra to your monthly bill. Just go to My O2, call us on 202 from your O2 mobile or pop into one of our stores to sort that out.
Can I have Disney+ as an Extra if I’m already a subscriber?
You sure can. You’ll still be able to choose a Disney+ Extra – but you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription to avoid being billed twice. Disney+ will get in touch by email to let you know how. If you’ve got any questions on how it all works, head to the Disney+ Help Centre.
Is there anything else I should know about the Disney+ paid Extras?
If you choose Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan, you’ll need to commit for at least six months. And don’t forget, we’ll give you a £2-a-month airtime rebate while you’ve got either of them.
When will the £2 airtime rebate be added to my account?
When you sign up for Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan, we’ll send you a link to activate it. As soon as you’ve done that, we’ll add the £2 monthly discount to your airtime plan. If you add it partway through a billing month, both the monthly cost of your Disney+ Extra and the £2 discount will be added pro-rata.
After the six-month minimum, will I still get £2 a month off my airtime bill?
Yes, we’ll give you a £2 rebate each month for as long as you keep the paid Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan Extra.
What Disney+ plans are available?
There are three different Disney+ plans available as Extras.
- Disney+ Premium Plan: Up to 4K UHD & HDR video. Four concurrent streams. Downloads on up to 10 devices. Up to Dolby Atmos audio. Ad-free streaming.
- Disney+ Standard Plan: Up to 1080p Full HD video. Two concurrent streams. Downloads on up to 10 devices. Up to 5.1 audio. Ad-free streaming.
- Disney+ Standard Plan with Ads: Up to 1080p Full HD video. Two concurrent streams. Up to 5.1 audio.
How many streams can I view at the same time?
With Disney+ Standard and Disney+ Standard with Ads, you can stream on two devices at once. With Disney+ Premium, you can stream on up to four. Downloaded content doesn’t count towards this total.
How many devices can I download content to?
With Disney+ Standard Plan or Disney+ Premium Plan, you can download Disney+ content on up to 10 iOS or Android devices.
Can I watch Disney+ abroad?
If Disney+ isn’t available where you are, you’ll only be able to watch stuff you’ve already downloaded. Otherwise, you’ll be able to watch anything available in the region you’re logging in from.
How many devices can I access Amazon Music Unlimited from?
You can have up to 10 devices authorised to your account. Each device can only be authorised to one account at a time.
If you just want to stream and buy music, you can do it in a browser – no authorisation needed.
Which devices can I access Amazon Music Unlimited from?
It’s available on most devices – including smartphones, tablets, PCs, Macs, Fire TV, Amazon Echo, multi-room speakers and cars.
How many songs can I download?
You can download up to 250 songs per device.
Are there any parental controls?
The Amazon Music app has an explicit language filter. But bear in mind that music can contain mature themes, even if it’s not labelled ‘explicit’.
The filter doesn’t bleep out or remove explicit lyrics from a song – it just prevents the song from being played. It’s a default setting on Alexa-enabled devices for kids. You can activate it from the settings in the Amazon Music app.
Can I make my playlists public?
Yes – tap the overflow menu and choose ‘Make Playlist Public’ to share your latest jam session with the world.

Is there a minimum time I need to commit to?
There’s no minimum term if you choose Amazon Prime as your included Extra that comes with a new or upgraded contract. But there's a six-month minimum if you go for the paid Extra.
Can I share my Amazon Prime?
Yes, you can share certain benefits with another adult in your household. To do this:
- Visit your Amazon Prime membership
- Pick 'Share your Prime benefits'
- Select 'Invite someone now'
- Enter the name and email address of the person you want to share benefits with
- Select 'Invite'
Your invitee must know your date of birth to accept your invitation.
You can stop sharing at any time. To do that, tick the box next to their name and select 'Remove'.
What if I run into any issues with Amazon Prime?
For anything to do with your bill or redeeming your Extra, get in touch or call us from your O2 mobile on 202. Or for anything to do with an Amazon service itself, contact Amazon.
What happens when my included Amazon Prime Extra ends?
Unless you cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renew, your subscription will renew, and £8.99 a month will be added to your O2 bill. During this time, you’ll get a £2-a-month airtime rebate.
How many audiobooks can I access?
Over 400,000 audiobooks – plus original podcasts. Each month, you’ll get a credit that you can redeem on any audiobook, regardless of its length or price. Podcasts are free for Audible members, so you don’t need to use credits to redeem them.
Which devices can access Audible?
The Audible app is compatible with any iOS device that meets the minimum operating system requirements.
iPhone: needs iOS 17.0 or later.
iPad: needs iOS 17.0 or later.
Mac: needs macOS 13.3 or later and a Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later.
Apple Watch: needs watchOS 9.0 or later.
The Audible for Android app is compatible with all devices that run Android OS 6 and up. Audible also works on Kindle devices that support audio.
Can I only use one credit a month?
With your membership, you’ll get one credit each month. If you find yourself running out of credits too quickly, you can roll them over, buy extra credits online or switch your membership plan to one that includes more credits.
You’ll only be able to buy extra credits online if you’re an active Audible member and you’ve been on the same membership plan for at least three months. You’ll also need one or no remaining credits on your account. And if you’re on an annual plan, you’ll need to be at least 30 days from your next billing date.
Are there any age restrictions on content?
There aren’t any age restrictions on specific content, but under 18s should get permission from a parent or guardian.
What happens if I don’t like the audiobook I’ve chosen?
If you’re unhappy with your audiobook, you can easily return or exchange it within a year of the original purchase.
To return an audiobook, sign in to your Audible account. Tap ‘Menu’, then ‘Account details’, then ‘Purchase history’. Choose the audiobook you’re unhappy with, tap ‘Return’, then choose the reason you want to return it. After Audible has confirmed your return, one credit will be added back to your account.
Audible might limit the number of audiobooks you can return online. When online returns aren’t available, you can contact Audible directly to return your audiobook and find a better fit.
When my subscription ends, can I still keep my audiobooks?
Yes. Any audiobooks you’ve redeemed with your credits are yours to keep, even if you end your subscription.
Are new publications available immediately?
Pre-ordered and new titles tend to go live around 8am on the launch date.
What’s Cafeyn?
Cafeyn offers unlimited access to hundreds of popular magazines and newspapers – so you can download and read them whenever and wherever you want.
Will the magazine catalogue change during my subscription?
Yes – as licensing agreements come and go, the range of magazines might change over time.
How do I cancel my Cafeyn Extra?
You can cancel whenever you like in the My O2 app. You can also get in touch to do it online – or call us on 202 from an O2 mobile.
Which devices can I read my magazines on?
You can read your magazines on your mobile, tablet, PC or laptop..
Can I read my magazines while abroad?
Cafeyn doesn't have any restrictions on using its services abroad – but some countries might restrict local access to digital press services.
Can I share access to magazines?
No – you’ll only be able to use Cafeyn on your own devices.
Can I access downloaded magazines on multiple devices?
Yes – you could access them on your mobile and your tablet, for example.
What is McAfee Mobile Security Plus?
It's a simple-to-use service that protects you from digital threats and warns you about risky websites. It gives you complete security and connectivity for your smartphone or tablet.
So, you can connect to public and private WiFi networks without any worries, change your location with a VPN, shop and browse the internet securely, protect your personal media files and recover your contacts if your phone is lost or stolen.
What’s the difference between McAfee Mobile Security Standard and Mobile Security Plus?
McAfee Mobile Security Standard doesn't include a VPN – which protects your privacy on public WiFi, hides your location and lets you change where in the world you appear to be.
I’ve had a McAfee security product before. Can I still take it as an Extra?
Absolutely. If you’ve still got the app, you’ll just need to delete it and download it again. You might also need to copy and paste the activation code you’ll be given when you download the app.
I'm getting an error message on the McAfee site saying, 'This page no longer works'
If your activation code isn't working, call us on 202 from your O2 mobile. Otherwise, if the site’s having a technical issue, try the McAfee support page or call 0800 0287581 and let them know you're with us.
What devices can I use it on?
Any device with iOS 10.0 or later, or Android 4.2 and up.
What else does McAfee Mobile Security Plus cover?
McAfee Mobile Security Plus also features:

How many devices can I have it on?
You can only use it on one device at a time.
If I lose or change my mobile, can I still use it?
Yes, you can swap the service to a new device if you want. Head here to manage your devices.
Does it include parental controls?
There aren’t any specific parental controls, but you can put it in guest mode on Android devices to restrict certain apps.
What happens if I get hacked?
You might see:
- Performance differences
- Mystery apps or data
- Pop-ups or strange screen savers
You can start by deleting any apps or games you didn’t download, erasing risky messages, and running mobile security software if you have it. Warn your contacts that your phone might have been hacked, and tell them to ignore any suspicious links or messages ‘you’ might send.
If the problem still doesn’t go away, try restoring your phone to its original settings. You can search online for instructions on how to do this on your specific phone and operating system. Get in touch with the McAfee support team if you need more help.
If McAfee wipes my data, how do I restore it?
If you've backed up your data, you can sign in to your McAfee account to recover it.

Does Xbox Game Pass Ultimate have Xbox Cloud Gaming for mobile?
Yes, it does. With cloud gaming, you can stream games directly on your phone using the Xbox app on Android and iOS, or through a supported web browser. No console is needed – just a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

What happens if I am upgrading to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?
When you upgrade, your existing Xbox Game Pass (including Xbox Live Gold membership) automatically converts to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The remaining time on your current subscription is applied at a conversion rate, giving you access to all Ultimate benefits without waiting for your current membership to expire.
Can I share my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription?
Yes, you can. If you set your Series X/S or Xbox One console as your home Xbox, anyone who signs in on that console can use your Game Pass Ultimate subscription. However, cloud gaming and PC access are linked to the primary account.

If you’re joining O2 or upgrading, you can choose Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as a paid Extra when completing your order online, in store or over the phone. If you’re already an O2 customer and you’re not ready to upgrade yet, you can add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as a paid Extra to your monthly bill – just call us on 202 from your O2 mobile and we’ll add it for you.
