Extras are a little something special just for being with us. When you take out an eligible Pay Monthly plan, you’ll bag an Extra on us for 3–6 months when you take out a Classic or Plus Plan – or get one for the lifetime of your plan when you start or upgrade to an Ultimate Plan. Or, you can pay to add one to your package whenever it suits you.

Anyone with an O2 Pay Monthly plan can bag an Extra. When you start an eligible Pay Monthly plan, you’ll get an Extra included if you shop with us directly. After that, you can head to My O2 to add Extras and pay for them through your monthly bill whenever you like.
We don’t call them Extras for nothing – you can have as many as you fancy. You can add Extras in My O2, and pay for them through your monthly bill.
You'll get an included Extra when you upgrade or take out an eligible Pay Monthly plan. This’ll last for three months if you’re on a Classic Plan, six if you’re on a Plus Plan or for the lifetime of your plan if you grab an Ultimate Plan. If you decide to keep your Extra after that, you'll need to pay a monthly subscription, which we'll add to your bill.
Done with your Extra? You can cancel it in My O2. Just so you know, there’s a six-month minimum term for paid Disney+ Standard Plan and Disney+ Premium Plan, Amazon Prime and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Extras.

Yes – all the Extras you have will stick around when you upgrade.
If you’re upgrading to another Classic Plan, you can pick a new Extra on us for three months – or if you’re upgrading to a Plus Plan, for six months, or to an Ultimate Plan, for its lifetime.
If you've already got a Disney+ subscription, you can still choose it as an Extra with O2.
If you’ve got an Xbox Game Pass, you’ll still be able to choose a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Extra with O2 – but you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription with Microsoft to avoid being billed twice.
Other Extras can only be added if you don’t already have an existing subscription with that partner.

Of course. Once we’ve confirmed your order, you’ll have 28 days to pick an Extra in My O2. If you'd like a reminder by text or email before your 28 days are up, make sure you've opted in to our marketing communications.
No. If you decide to leave O2 or back out of a recent qualifying order, your included Extra will be cancelled straight away. Check out our terms for more on that.
Absolutely. We recommend selecting 'choose later' when you place your order – just in case you change your mind. You’ll have 28 days to pick an included Extra if you want one. If you don’t, that’s fine, too.
From time to time, we might need to adjust the price of your Extra based on any increases from the partner. If that happens, we'll let you know 30 days before the price changes. Check out our terms for more info.
If you take out a Pay Monthly plan while it’s discounted or on offer, you'll still get your included Extra. Check the terms of individual promotions for more details.
Go to My O2 to choose or redeem your Extra. You’ll be able to do this through the ‘Your Extras’ section. You can also call us on 202 from your O2 mobile or pop into one of our stores.
Once your order’s been confirmed, you’ll have 28 days to pick one.
You can change your included Extra in My O2 as long as you haven’t redeemed it yet. If that doesn't work, call us on 202 from your O2 mobile or pop into one of our stores for some help.
Nope – if you change your plan, it won’t affect your included Extra.
After your introductory period, your Extra will auto-renew to a chargeable version of the subscription. The monthly charge will be applied directly to your O2 bill. You’ll find these charges in the 'monthly Extras' section of your bill.
Yes – you can turn off auto-renewal in My O2. That way, you can enjoy your Extra for the full introductory period, and we won’t charge you a penny when it’s over. Just follow these steps:
- Log in to My O2 and go to ‘Account summary’
- Press the ‘+’ under the ‘Your Extras’ section
- Select ‘Manage this Extra’ on the Extra you’re looking to change
- Toggle auto-renewal off

Paid Extras FAQs
You’ll find your Extras in the 'monthly Extras' section of your bill.
Don’t want your paid Extra anymore? No worries. Just follow these steps:
- Go to My O2 and select ‘Account’
- Scroll down to ‘Your Extras’
- Find the Extra you’d like to cancel and select ‘Remove this Extra’
If you’ve chosen Disney+ Standard Plan, Disney+ Premium Plan, Amazon Prime of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as paid Extras, you’ll need to commit for at least six months. After that, you can cancel your Extra any time using the steps above.
You can also call us on 202 from your O2 mobile or pop into one of our stores, and we'll help you cancel your Extra.
You’ll lose access to the Extra as soon as you cancel it.
You can cancel your Extra at any point in My O2. If you cancel a paid Extra before the month ends, we’ll credit you for any days left. This’ll be reflected on the following month’s bill.
If you’ve chosen Standard Plan, Disney+ Premium Plan, Amazon Prime or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as paid Extras, you’ll need to commit for at least six months. After that, you can cancel your Extra at any time.
You can view and manage all your Extras in the 'Your Extras' section of My O2.
International Bolt On FAQs
Yes. If you choose the International Bolt On as your included Extra, it’ll replace your original Bolt On – we’ll automatically take it off your next bill.
