Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra doesn't respond
If your smartwatch stops responding while you're using it, there may be several causes of the problem.
Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch restarts.
Try using your smartwatch again when you're in an area where the temperature of your surroundings is within the calculated operating temperature of your smartwatch. See the recommended operating temperature for your smartwatch on the manufacturer's website.
