I can't update the software on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra

Connect the charger to a wall socket.

Place the back of your smartwatch on the magnetic charger allowing it to click into place.

When the battery charging icon is displayed, charging is in progress.

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the WiFi icon to turn the function on or off.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

On your phone: Press Wearable.

On your phone: Press Apps screen.

On your phone: Press and hold the required app.

On your phone: Press Uninstall.

On your phone: Press Uninstall.

Press and hold the Home key until your smartwatch restarts.

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Software update.

Press Download and install. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the smartwatch software.
