I have problems checking my voicemail on my Apple iPhone 13 Pro
If you can't check your voicemail, there may be several causes of the problem.
Call 901 and follow the instructions to set up your voicemail. If you've previously deactivated your voicemail and want to reactivate it, call 1750 (free of charge when calling from your own phone).
Call your own phone number from another phone. Press # when you hear your voicemail greeting. You're asked to key in your voicemail PIN. Please note that you need to set a voicemail PIN before you can check your voice messages from another phone.
The voicemail number is 901.
Call 901 and follow the instructions to activate your voicemail. If you've previously deactivated your voicemail and want to reactivate it, call 1750 (free of charge when calling from your own phone).
Call 901 to check your voice messages when abroad. If you can't call 901, call 1780 instead (free of charge when calling from your own phone) or call +44 7802 090 100 and wait until you receive a text message from O2 with the correct number. Please note that you need to set a voicemail PIN before you can check your voice messages when abroad.
