1. This Samsung Chromebook4 giveaway promotion (Promotion) is run by Telefonica Limited (company number: 01743099) whose registered office is at 260 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX trading as O2 (herein refer to as either, “we”, “us”, “our” or “O2”).

2. The first 3,000 participants who pre-order and complete the purchase of (during the Promotion Period) a Qualifying Product can claim and redeem a Samsung Chromebook 4, subject to eligibility and full compliance with these Promotion terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion will commence on 1st February 2023 and shall end at 23:59 on 16th February 2023 (Promotion Period). Qualifying products listed below:

Eligibility
4. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
a. be a resident of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over and be a new or existing customer of O2;
b. be one of the first 3,000 participants to Pre-order and complete the purchase of a Qualifying Product;
c. provide a valid email address and an active mobile phone number on your online claim form;
d. have a Priority account; and
e. redeem the Samsung Chromebook 4 strictly in accordance with the Claim Process.
Claim Process
5. Eligible customers will be issued a claim instruction email and SMS within 30 days of completing the purchase of a Qualifying Product, directing them to claim and redeem their gift through Priority using their Priority account.
6. The Samsung Chromebook 4 must be claimed through Priority within 30 days of the claim invite issuance date. Your Samsung Chromebook 4 will be delivered within 60 days of your completed online claim form.
7. Fulfilment of the reward will be managed by PromoVeritas, a promotion verification service, on behalf of O2.
8. If the Samsung Chromebook 4 hasn't arrived after 75 days from completed online claim form you should contact our Customer Service team on 0345 600 2098** or email help@o2redeem.co.uk.
9. This offer is strictly one Samsung Chromebook 4 per mobile phone number, regardless of number of handsets or tariffs purchased.
10. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
11. This offer is entirely separate from any other offer and will not affect your ability to claim any other reward you may be entitled to.
12. “You are not eligible for a Samsung Chromebook 4 if you return your Qualifying Purchase within your cooling off period”.

13. O2 reserves the right to disqualify your entry which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit and/or terms and conditions of this Promotion.
14. Depending on the reason for the return of your eligible device (for example, if you return your eligible device because of a breach of these terms and conditions) you may be required to return your Samsung Chromebook 4.
15. O2 shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims to a Samsung Chromebook 4, including the requirement for further verification as to proof of purchase of an eligible device, as well as the identity of you.
16. O2 reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion (including to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion, or the right to alter the Promotion) by changing these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into by O2.
17. O2 will use your personal data provided by or collected from you to manage your participation in this Promotion, including carrying out eligibility checks, claims and activations. We rely on your consent to process your personal data for you to participate in this Promotion. You can withdraw your consent at any time but we may not be able to provide our services and enable you to take part in this Promotion. In some cases, we need to process your personal data when required by law (e.g. fraud checks) and when we have legitimate business reasons to do so (e.g. understand how many customers have claimed and activated this Promotion). O2 may need to share your personal data with our service providers (data processors) who help with the administration and delivery of this Promotion on our behalf. 18. O2 cannot and does not accept responsibility for Promotion entries lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will O2 (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Promotion, redemption process for the Samsung Chromebook 4 and it excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the recipients of the Samsung Chromebook 4.
19. By entering into the Promotion you accept these terms and conditions which are governed exclusively by the laws of England. Any disputes between us in connection with this Promotion shall be dealt with exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales.
