These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this Offer. Participation and/or claim instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.  

Overview 

1. The contents of your Offer, including the duration of your Extra Period on us (“Extra Period”) and the type of plan which forms parts of your Offer will be directly communicated to you by O2. Your Extra Period will commence on the date you redeem your Extra Period on the Disney + website.

2. Existing O2 customers only. Offer not available for current Disney+ Extra customers. Offer eligibility criteria may apply which includes, but is not limited to, being a UK resident and being over 18.

3. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. 

4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

5. Participants must redeem the Extra Period within 28 days of accepting the Offer.

6. Participants cannot benefit from more than one Extra Period.

7. O2 reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time which may include the substitution of the Offer for a suitable alternative.

8. If you have an existing account for a subscription service offered by Disney+, you’ll still be able to benefit of the Offer. Unless otherwise communicated to you, redeeming the Offer will not automatically cancel or suspend any subscription service offered directly by Disney + or through another third party and it is your responsibility to manage such direct or third-party subscriptions.

9. Any purchases made within Disney+ applications are with that partner directly with and not chargeable via your O2 account.

10. At the end of your Extra Period, you’ll be automatically opted in to a paid monthly rolling subscription with Disney + depending on the plan you accepted as part of your Offer at which point you will be charged by O2 the applicable Extra Charge (as defined below) and you will be considered a Disney + Standalone Extra customer in accordance with the O2 Extras Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Offer you will also be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the O2 Extras Terms and Conditions.

11. The “Extra Charge” for Disney+ plans are:

a. £8.99/month for customers who are auto opted in to Disney+ Standard Plan following the Extra Period; or

b. £12.99/month for customers who are auto opted in to Disney+ Premium Plan following the Extra Period.

12. O2 may change the Extra Charge from time to time; however, any price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods following notice of the changes to you.

13. For auto opted in customers, the Extra Charge will commence on the date your Extra Period has come to an end, and this will reoccur monthly. Charges will appear in customers’ O2 bill, and the account holder will be responsible for payment. You will be billed as a Standalone Extra customer in accordance with the O2 Extras Terms and Conditions.

14 . You will receive notification(s) advising you your Extra Period is coming to conclusion.

15. You can opt out of the enrolment for the monthly subscription with Disney + at any time before the expiration of your Extra Period through your MyO2 account under the ‘Your Extras’ section or by contacting O2 Customer Service on 202. Following cancellation, the Extra Period will continue to run up to the end of that Extra Period. No Extra Charge will apply to your account following the opt out.

Eligibility & Participation 

16. To participate you must be a recipient of a communication from O2 inviting you to redeem the Offer. No qualifying purchase needed.  

17. To benefit of the Offer, you need to accept the Offer through the mechanic as it was communicated to you by O2, and you will be required to do so by the stated end date. Claims received past the stated end date will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.

18. After accepting the Offer, you will be sent a link via SMS to the Disney + website for the purposes of redeeming the Extra Period (“Redemption Link”). You must redeem your Extra Period within 28 days of accepting the Offer. If your Redemption Link is still valid, you will be prompted to create an account with Disney +.

Other terms

19. Entitlement to the Offer is personal to the contacted customer and cannot be transferred. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used to offset the price of any other service O2 or a partner is offering.

20. Responsibility is not accepted for applications damaged, lost, or delayed as a result of any computer hardware, network or software failure of any kind.

21. O2 reserves the right to remove promotional material from circulation, amend these Terms or amend or withdraw the Offer at any point during the Offer period. In the case of amendment or withdrawal a notice will be posted at the top of these Terms. In the event of unforeseen circumstances O2 reserves the right to substitute the Offer for an alternative of equal or greater value. In the event of any dispute the decision of O2 is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

22. O2 will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

23. O2’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.

24. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms.

25. Data Protection: By participating in the Offer, participants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the participant has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy.

27.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
