O2 Switch Up: O2 Switch Up cannot be used within the first 90 days from purchase. New and upgrading O2 customers who purchase an Ultimate Plan tariff directly from O2 only. Eligible customers may swap their existing handset device (tablets etc are excluded) during the eligible period of their contract, subject to satisfying our terms and conditions. If approved, we will keep your device and pay off your existing contract. If refused, you will only be able to upgrade via our standard methods and early upgrade charges may apply. All requests to swap must be processed via one of our eligible channels, unless we agree otherwise.
