These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern this National Databank SIM Card Voucher (“Voucher”) offer. Participation and redemption instructions form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

To receive support via the national databank with a SIM card or voucher, you must fall into the following eligibility criteria:   

- 18+ years old  

- From a low income household  

You must also qualify in at least one of the following statements:  

- Have no access or insufficient access to the internet at home  

- Have no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home  

- Cannot afford their existing monthly contract or top up 

• This is subject to availability whilst stock lasts.   

• When a SIM card is issued by a databank, the user will receive a text within 48 hours which will include instructions and a 16-digit voucher code to top up the SIM with a £15 voucher which provides 25GB of data with rollover, 50 international minutes to 42 countries, unlimited minutes and unlimited texts.    

• Once a SIM card is issued by a databank, the user will receive monthly texts on the activation anniversary date for up to 12 months. Each text message will provide a new unique 16-digit voucher code which the user will need to use to top up their SIM when calling 4444.   

• The national databank offers 1 SIM per person with 12 vouchers within a 12-month period. Multiple vouchers and SIMs redeemed by the same person will be considered void and all such vouchers will be cancelled and phone numbers at risk of being disconnected.  

• All eligible users will receive at least 25GB of free data 

• Employees, contractors or anyone professionally connected to Virgin Media or O2, are excluded from this promotion. 

• SIMs and Vouchers will be available at all O2 stores and across community organizations https://www.goodthingsfoundation.org/find-support/map.

• All eligible users will receive at least 25GB of free data

• All SIMs and Vouchers are subject to availability, whilst stocks last.

The SIM and/voucher is issued via the National Databank platform.  

• If the number submitted via the national databank is an O2 Pay As You Go number, and a voucher is available, a unique voucher code will be sent to the number submitted via SMS.  

• If the number submitted via the national databank is not an O2 Pay As You Go SIM, the voucher will not be applied. Users can access a new databank SIM via a local databank to access a free data from the initiative.   

• When issued a new databank SIM and receiving the 16-digit voucher code via text message, the user can follow these steps to top up their phone with data. They can follow this process every time they receive a 16-digit voucher on their top up anniversary date.   

1. Dial 4444   

2. Then select option 1 to top up your phone.   

3. Then select option 2 to top up with a voucher and then wait for the advertisement to finish.  

4. Enter the 16-digit voucher number you received in your text message.   

5. Once the automated service confirms your top up, you can hang up.   

6. You should receive a confirmation text that your top up was successful 

• Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.  

• In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or amend these terms & conditions.  

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government or government body, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.  

• O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
