Flexible plans
O2 Refresh tariffs give you complete flexibility over your plan’s length, upfront cost and data allowance. You can move your data up and down once a month and upgrade whenever you want. Just sign in to My O2 and choose the tariff you want to move to. It’s that simple.
A fair deal for all
We don’t think it’s fair to tempt new customers with dazzling deals and perks while loyal users pay more. That’s why our “Fair Deal” pledge guarantees that existing customers can always get access to our best deals – the same as new customers. So, whether you’re new in town or you’ve been with us for years, it’s a fair deal for all.
Autosave
You won’t have to ask us for a lower-price plan once you’ve paid off your handset – we automatically lower your bill when you’ve completed your device plan. We know that’s only fair, and we know you don’t want to have to chase us for it, so we’ll take care of it without you having to do anything.
Get a new phone after 90 days
With O2 Switch Up, you can swap your current phone for another one after 90 days if you like. You can choose from the latest and greatest phones, or one of our refurbished Like New ones, and it doesn’t matter how long you’ve got left on your current contract – we’ll pay it off for you and start up a new one. We’ll also refurbish the one you return (after your data’s wiped, of course) and add it to our Like New range. It’s easy, it gives you more choice, and it reduces the impact on the planet by keeping used phones in circulation. Not bad, eh?
