About Multisave
Save more with Multisave. Get a 20% airtime discount on numbers added to your Multisave group.
With Multisave, you can get 20% off the airtime plan of every new eligible Pay Monthly connection that you add to your account. Or you can add other O2 numbers to your Multisave group to share your savings.
You can add up to 20 numbers to your Multisave group.
Getting started with Multisave is easy - just sign into My O2. Then, from the main ‘My O2’ menu at the top of the page, choose ‘Multisave’ and follow the on-screen prompts.
The first number you add will be your ‘lead connection’ and won’t be discounted. Every additional number you add to your group will benefit from the 20% airtime discount. To add more numbers, just repeat the steps above.
Your number should be eligible for a Multisave discount if you:
• Have a phone or tablet on a Pay Monthly O2 Refresh or SIM Only tariff
• Bought your tariff directly from O2
• Connected or upgraded in the last 28 days
• Don’t already have a discount on your airtime plan.
The first number added to the group (the ‘lead connection’) won’t be discounted. All additional eligible numbers added will save 20% on airtime.
Any number that connected or upgraded more than 28 days ago isn’t eligible for a Multisave discount.
Multisave can’t be combined with other promotional discounts. If your number already has a promotional discount, we’ll automatically apply the biggest discount available to you. So, for example, if you’re currently enjoying an offer for 50% off your airtime, we’ll leave that in place and you won’t be eligible for Multisave. But if your number has a 10% promotional discount, we’ll remove that and add the Multisave discount instead.
Multisave is only available for connections bought directly from O2. If you connected using a third-party reseller, your number won’t be eligible.
Numbers on Pay As You Go, sharer plans, Business tariffs and our older, Standard Pay Monthly tariffs aren’t eligible.
Wearables (like smartwatches) and connected accessories can’t be added to Multisave.
Ultimate Plans are not eligible for Multisave discount.
Also, remember that the discount applies only to the cost of your monthly airtime plan – you won’t get a discount for other charges, such as calls, texts and data usage outside your included allowances, Bolt Ons and premium rate charges.
If you didn’t get your connection directly from us, it won’t be eligible for the Multisave discount. However it would still qualify as a lead connection.
You can add up to 20 numbers to your Multisave group. Each number can only be a member of one Multisave group at a time.
Yes, as long as the upgrade is eligible for Multisave, isn’t the lead connection, and you apply for the discount within 28 days of upgrading.
Yes, Mobile Broadband Refresh connections are eligible for Multisave discount.
Your number will show as being part of a Multisave group on My O2 within three days of being added, and you’ll see the airtime discount on your next bill.
If we’ve rejected a request to add a number to a Multisave group, it could be because:
• You’re not on an eligible tariff
• Your number already has a bigger promotional discount in place
• It’s been over 28 days since you connected or upgraded
• You didn’t buy your tariff directly from O2
• You entered a non-O2 number
• Your number is already part of a Multisave group
You’ll keep the discount until your next upgrade. After upgrading a number, it’ll need to be added back into a Multisave group within 28 days.
You’ll continue to get the discount until you upgrade. After upgrading, you’ll need to either create a new Multisave group or join an existing one.
