iOS7 and above iCloud unlocking
If your device runs iOS7 or above your iCloud account needs to be removed before sending to us. The activation lock on the operating system locks your Apple device to your iCloud account. If this continues to remain active when you return it to us then your details will always be associated with it.
Removing your iCloud account from your device is easy:
Sign out of iCloud
Go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account
Enter your Apple ID password
Then select Turn Off
Or
Turn off Find My iPhone
Go to Settings > iCloud > Turn off Find My iPhone
Enter your Apple ID password
Or
Erase All Content and Settings (Back up your device before doing this)
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Enter your Apple ID password
