What to expect from a refurbished phone:
All the refurbished phones in our Like New range are in good shape – meaning you won’t see any deep cracks or scratches from previous use. We check for everything from scuffed screens and cracked cases to bashed-up buttons to make sure all our refurbished phones are up to scratch. It’ll arrive with at least 80% battery health too – so you won’t be running out of juice unexpectedly.
Only phones that meet our high standards make the cut, so you can rest easy knowing everything’ll work perfectly. In fact, we’re so confident in our Like New range, all our refurbished phones come with our 3-Year Warranty if you choose a Plus Plan – or a year’s warranty if you don’t. That’s exactly the same as if you bought the same phone from us brand new.
What’s in the box?
As part of our push toward a sustainable future, all our refurbished phones are delivered in recyclable boxes. They come with a USB charging cable and a tool to change the SIM. To avoid e-waste, we don’t include a mains plug. That means fewer unused adapters rattling around in drawers, and ultimately fewer in landfill.

Savings: The saving is achieved on the total hardware cost of the relevant Like New phone when comparing the price with new. Not all Like New phones will be cheaper than the new equivalent – savings achieved on selected devices only. Compare prices at o2.co.uk/shop

Warranty: Selected tariffs only. 3-Year Warranty is lost if you move to an ineligible tariff, upgrade and purchase a new device or SIM Only plan, or fail to pay monthly payments. 3-year period includes any standard manufacturer warranty period.
