Transfer your current mobile number – Help and Support | O2
When to use this form
How you transfer your current mobile number to your new O2 connection depends on the type of customer you are. Read on to find the process that applies to you.
Joining O2 Pay Monthly from another network? Don’t use the form below. Just sign in to My O2 and go to ‘Keep, cancel or claim a number’.
Fill out the form below, if you’re:
- Joining O2 Pay As You Go from another network
- Moving from O2 Pay As You Go to O2 Pay Monthly
Don’t use the form, but pop into an O2 store or get in touch if you’re:
- Moving from O2 Pay Monthly to O2 Pay As You Go
- Cancelling your old number using a STAC
- An O2 Business customer
