Home delivery and collection options – Help and Support | O2

You can click and collect from your local store, or buy online and get free home delivery on all our devices, sims and accessories. Plus, track your delivery using the link in your text update or via the courier app.

If you order before midnight Sunday – Thursday, you could get your device delivered to your home the next working day. Restrictions apply, see below for details and availability.

You could get your order in minutes.

Find the device you want online, and we'll check the stock in your nearest stores. If it's available you can collect the same day, and could even get it in minutes.

If it's not immediately available in your local store, we'll order it in for you, or you can choose a different store.

Collecting your order: To collect your order in store, you'll need to bring your 4 digit collection reference, which you'll find on your confirmation email, and your passport or UK photo driving licence.

If someone's collecting for you, they'll need to bring the confirmation email which includes the 4 digit reference code and photo ID confirming both yours and their identity. This should be a passport, UK photo driving licence, Serving Police Warrant Card, Serving Armed Forces Card or Veteran ID Card.

We'll look after your order for seven days – if you haven't collected by then we'll cancel the order and give you a refund.

Home delivery

Order your device by midnight for free next working day delivery.

Choose a different day if it's more convenient.

We'll text you on the day to tell you when your order will arrive.

For some orders you will be sent a PIN from the courier, either by text or via their app. The driver will ask for the PIN on arrival so he can hand you your parcel.

Ordering a SIM or accessory? We'll aim to get your order to you within five working days.

If you’re not going to be around all day, you can pay for our premium delivery service for your phone or tablet, and choose a time that suits you. You can pick morning or afternoon delivery. And, you can even get your delivery over the weekend.

Premium delivery is not available in remote locations.
