We safely keep your account data in the My O2 app so you can easily access everything you need to manage your account.

If you want to delete your account data from the My O2 app, you can sign in to My O2 on your mobile device and edit your security and privacy settings.

If you no longer have access to the My O2 app, we can remove your account data for you. You can request this by email or post.
