O2 Pay Monthly customers can have an Extra. You’ll get one Extra included on selected tariffs, if you’re a new or upgrading customer and you shop with us directly. But if you want to add any Extras and pay for them through your monthly bill, you can do this in My O2 whenever you like. You'll just need to have joined or upgraded since 2010. At the end of that period, you'll need to pay a monthly subscription fee for your Extra, which we'll add to your monthly bill. You can opt out of the subscription at any time in My O2.
We've got a range of Extras available. They cover movies, music, reading, or keeping in touch with loved ones overseas. If you take out a new contract, you’ll get an Extra included for a certain period of time, with selected tariffs. You can add an Extra at any time in My O2, but these will be fully chargeable subscriptions.
You can add as many Extras as you want to your account, but you’ll need to pay for any that aren’t included with your tariff.
Yes, but bear in mind that all charges after the introductory period will be charged directly to your O2 bill. So you’ll still be responsible for all charges associated with the Extra, even if you’ve given it to a friend or family member.
Most Extras last for three or six months depending on the tariff you’ve chosen. Take a look at the tables to learn more.

You can cancel your Extra at any point in My O2.
If you have chosen a free Extra, follow these steps:
Log in to My O2 and go to your ‘Account summary’
Press the ‘+’ under the ‘Your Extras’ section
Select ‘Manage this Extra’ on the Extra you’re looking to change
Press the ‘Turn auto-renewal off’ button to cancel your Extra
You can also cancel your free Extra within the My O2 app. Go to ‘Account Summary’ – ‘Manage your account’ – ‘Your Extras’ and follow the same steps outlined above.
If your Extra has a minimum term, you’ll need to commit for that minimum period. If you have chosen an Extra as your inclusive Extra with an Ultimate Plan, and you leave your Ultimate Plan within the minimum term of that Extra, you will need to pay for that Extra at the then-current partner price for the remainder of the minimum term. After your minimum term, you will be able to cancel your Extra by following the steps above.

Yes. Once your order’s been dispatched, you’ll have 28 days to choose your Extra in My O2. We can also send you a text and email reminder - if you'd like a reminder make sure you've opted in to our marketing communications.
No. If you decide to leave O2 or cancel your recent qualifying order then your Extra will be cancelled straight away. Take a look at our terms for more details.
If that's the case, we suggest selecting the 'choose later' option when you place your order. This means you'll still have 28 days to choose an Extra if you change your mind.
From time to time we might need to adjust the price of your Extra based on any increases from the partner. If this is the case, we'll let you know 30 days before the price changes. Take a look at our terms for more details.
If you choose a selected tariff on promotion or with a discount you'll still be eligible for an included Extra. Check the terms of individual promotions for more details.
Yes. If you choose to the International Bolt On as your Extra, this will replace your original Bolt On.

You can choose your included Extra by logging in to My O2.
Go to My O2 to redeem your Extra. You’ll be able to redeem it through the ‘Your Extras’ section.
Once your order’s been dispatched, you’ll have 28 days to choose the Extra included in your tariff.
You can choose your included Extra in My O2. Or get in touch and we can apply your chosen Extra for you.
Once you've chosen your included Extra, you have 28 days to redeem it.
Call us on 202 from your O2 mobile.
You can change your Extra in My O2 as long as you’ve not redeemed it yet. If that doesn't work, get in touch.

Press the ‘+’ under the ‘Extras and Bolt Ons’ section
Select ‘Manage this Extra’ on the Extra you’re looking to change

If you have chosen Disney+ as a paid Extra, you’ll need to commit for a minimum of six months. You will be able to cancel your Disney+ Extra after the initial six months. Follow the steps above, after your minimum term, to cancel your Disney+ Extra.

You can cancel your Extra at any point in My O2. For Extras you’ve bought, if you cancel during your billing cycle then you'll receive a credit adjustment for any overpayment. This will be reflected on the following month’s bill.
If you have chosen Disney+ as a paid Extra, you’ll need to commit to your Disney+ Extra for a minimum of six months. You will be able to cancel your Disney+ Extra after the initial six months.
After your introductory period, your Extra will auto-renew to a chargeable version of the subscription. The monthly charge will be applied directly to your O2 bill. You’ll find these charges in the 'Extras and Bolt Ons' section of your bill. If you don’t want your Extra to auto-renew after the free period, you can opt out in My O2. If you need more help, pop into an O2 store or get in touch.
You can add Extras to your monthly bill at any time in My O2. For the first month you’ll see an adjusted charge on your bill for the Extra you’ve bought.
All of your Extras will be included in the 'Extras and Bolt Ons' section of My O2.
