Help and support

Some types of calls, messaging and data use aren’t included in your tariff, so you’ll be charged extra for them. And if you use up your normal allowance of calls, texts or data, you’ll be charged for any usage on top of this. Take a look at the table to see how much you’ll pay.

If there is any conflict between the pricing information set out in this ‘Extra charges guide’ and elsewhere, for example but not limited to, on the O2 website, in store pricing information or in other advertising, the prices in the ‘Extra charges guide’ shall take precedence.

We limit chargeable services

To improve the payment experience for our customers, in line with FCA service improvements, we put a £40 limit on any single transaction and a £240 monthly limit on charges such as:

  • Certain Charge to Mobile charges
  • Premium SMS
  • Premium Voice, 09, 087, 084 numbers and directory enquiries
  • Charges we apply to digital content or voice services that we don’t provide.
