The challenge
With a large number of remote workers and a widespread estate, Genesis Housing is relying more and more on its mobile service, particularly as it has rolled out flexible working. Genesis needed a partner that would understand its business and customers and anticipate its future needs.
The solution
O2 understood Genesis Housing Association's needs in terms of commercials, service support and network coverage.
O2 worked with Genesis to plan the mobile switchover, coordinating communications and logistics to minimise downtime. This was especially important given the large number of mobile workers.
Results
- The switchover went extremely well with everything rolled out in just four weeks. O2 worked closely with Genesis throughout the implementation, with a dedicated O2 project manager and O2 tech experts assigned to the project.
- Since the rollout Genesis has noticed that they now are able to make and receive calls and data in more areas, improving the service they can deliver to their customers.
