FAQS
- Why can device insurance be important?
So, you've got your shiny new handset or wearable – why go to the trouble of protecting it? Well, device insurance can be worth thinking about if:
• You're at the start of a new contract. If something happens to your device, you could end up paying for something you can't even use.
• Losing or breaking a device is something happened to you before – and you don't want to repeat the expense of not having cover.
• Your device is really important to you – and you'd need a quick repair or replacement if the worst did happen.
- Why choose O2 Insure?
O2 Insure provides high quality, low cost device insurance cover – with a range of different policies to suit your budget, needs and device. Here are just some of the reasons to choose us for your coverage:
• Cover that's right for you: Need protection against accidental damage? No problem. Want something a bit more comprehensive? We can do that too.
• Next-day replacement: If you damage your device, you can opt for our fast-fix exchange service to get a replacement next day.*
• Return your device: Save money and pay a lower excess charge while you wait for your device to be repaired or replaced (3-5 days).
• Online Claims Portal: No waiting on hold, no hassle – just a simple, convenient way for you to make a claim if you need to. *
*Next-day exchange or replacement applies to valid claims made before 7pm on a weekday. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. Not available in Northern Ireland or selected postcodes in Scotland, the Highlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, or the Scilly Isles.
